It is unbelievable how things have changed at The Ponds in the last 2 years.  Homes have been built by lot owners, 4 new homes have been built to sell and they have sold as soon as the windows are in.  Another new home will be built by the Engles and they do a great job and pick some of the best designs available.  We will have pictures of these soon and we are looking for a great 2013.  We still have a lot of great lots for sale.

When Looking for a home Geese have some very specific needs. It has to be safe and have lots of open Space with some water side lots. They know that the best place to call home in Rockbridge County is the Ponds. So come on out and see what the Geese already know.

A Great New Year

Happy New Years to all, we hope you are having a great start to 2011. The outdoor pool has been winterized while the indoor pool is the warmest place in Lexington.

Winter at the Ponds

The Cold is upon us but there is no warmer place than the Clubhouse at the Ponds. The indoor pool is 80 degrees and the humidity is just right. You can also enjoy a warm cup of coffee or hot chocalate while observing the ducks and geese that are on the quarry lake.  Call 540-448-1733 if you would like to come tour the indoor pool and clubhouse.

While no turkeys here (although there is a wandering family of them at The Ponds) these geese know that The Ponds at Lex is the place to be.  We hope everyone has their fill of good food and great company.  Remember The Ponds is a great place to come work off eating too much food; come take a stroll along the roads and see why living at the ponds is a great place to be.
